Summary: Sparkwise provides decision support and coordination services. We do not ghostwrite academic work, handle funds, or guarantee specific outcomes. By engaging our services, you confirm you have read and agreed to these terms.

1. Scope of Services

Sparkwise offers structured mentorship and advisory services to Asian undergraduate students studying in the United Kingdom. Our services are designed to support academic planning, cross-cultural adaptation, and long-term development through a framework of decision support and information coordination.

Services are delivered exclusively through the selected Track (Foundation, Development, or Outcome) as outlined in the service agreement signed at the time of enrolment.

All services are delivered online by default (via video, voice, or text channels). In-person support requires explicit written agreement and may involve additional fees.

2. Service Exclusions

The following are explicitly outside the scope of all Sparkwise service tracks:

  • Ghostwriting, drafting, or editing any academic assignments, essays, dissertations, or examinations
  • Signing contracts, legal documents, tenancy agreements, or any binding instruments on behalf of clients
  • Handling, receiving, or transferring funds of any kind
  • Paying third-party costs such as private tutors, therapists, or external service providers
  • Providing legal, medical, immigration, or financial advice
  • Guaranteeing specific academic grades, module passes, degree classifications, university admissions, or employment outcomes

Academic Integrity: Any request for ghostwriting or academic fraud assistance will result in immediate termination of the service agreement without refund.

3. Client Obligations

By engaging Sparkwise services, the client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information during the assessment and onboarding process
  • Engage actively and in good faith with assigned advisors
  • Attend scheduled sessions or provide at least 24 hours' notice of cancellation
  • Use all advisory content to inform their own independent decisions
  • Refrain from requesting services that violate academic integrity regulations

4. Payment & Cancellation

Payment

Service fees are due in full prior to commencement of each Track cycle. Sparkwise does not offer instalment plans unless explicitly agreed in writing.

Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellations made more than 7 days before the Track start date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days will be subject to a 30% administration fee. Once a Track cycle has commenced, fees are non-refundable except at Sparkwise's sole discretion.

5. Limitation of Liability

Sparkwise's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client in the three months preceding the claim.

Sparkwise shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses, including academic failure, loss of scholarship, visa complications, or missed employment opportunities.

6. Communication & Response Times

Sparkwise operates within UK business hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 BST/GMT. Response to routine enquiries is guaranteed within 48 business hours. Track 3 clients receive priority handling for urgent matters.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 14 days' written notice. Sparkwise reserves the right to terminate immediately and without refund in cases of academic fraud requests, abusive behaviour, or material breach of these terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
